Bogangar 95 km, 12,5 hrs
I’ll pass Currumbin tomorow, and will go into Nerang Head entrance to get a pickup close to Sea World.

Hope you are enjoying the coastline of my youth. I couldn’t believe it when you said you pulled in at Bogangar, you are quite right about it being a surf entrance! It sounds like you are flying up the coast. There is quite a large outrigger population in the area you are going through now and all the way up the Queensland coast that are following your progress with interest. Lots of positive thoughts are being sent for you to continue to enjoy the experience, slightly warmer times ahead, drink lots and stay healthy.
Freya you are one tuff and glorious gal and the Sea Kayaking boys here in the U.S.A. are pulling for ya, Have a fun and safe trip. Love from all of us.

Hey Freya…should be glorious weather for paddling this weekend. Are you planning to come up the west coast of Fraser Island into the Sandy Straits into Hervey Bay?
Exciting to read your story and blog…look forward to hearing your epic return to Melbourne.
