No paddling

It was already the expected day off – well, if I’d be racing, I could have paddled a few hours in the morning until about 9 m before it got quite windy…
I listened to my body which said to me start easy, and stayed in today. Mick O’Meara, the current speed record holder around Ireland and looking after my car, gave me a visit this afternoon and shared his experience of being a local with two Ireland circumnavigations under his belt. Thanks! It was nice chatting to you!
Besides that, I did only read, eat, sleep and watch the many dog owners leaving their dog poop on the beach everywhere…tomorrow will be an easy wind day!
