Day 26
24,6 km
6.10 h to 12.55 h
N 55.22596 W 07.85224
Doagh

This day was not worth getting up…ok, headwinds were predicted, but they felt stronger than expected, and once again rain, rain, rain…at least all morning. When you can’t see the headland on even a tiny crossing of 10 km or such, it’s simply no peasant paddling crawling along with 3 km/h against the wind and probably also current.

I decided to call it a day at noon and stopped on purpose on a beach with a handful of houses where I’d never would stop otherwise, to have a proper pit stop with laundry, shower, charging electronics and refilling water. I found a nice lady just across the road taking care of that with me, thanks Laura!

Tomorrow will be following winds again, and a better day to go!
