Freya temporarily increased the delay for her posts to appear from two to three days . This means that her update from Saturday will first appear Tuesday night (or even Wednesday for the Europeans).
I did speak with her a couple of hours ago and she’s perfectly fine and in good spirit.

Mmmm Yes. She is going to have a very busy few days getting thru the Panama Canal! Wow. What fun. Not many kayaks go thru there !!!!!
I for one, and fascinated.
I have just caught up with Freya’s posts since Buenos Aires and will now be following “real time.” The posts continue to be enthralling and the photographs also. Now that I only have one a day to read, perhaps I can get something else accomplished!
Peter, I enjoyed your post and wish you had made more. Perhaps if you join Freya for part of the third stage, we could hear more from you too?
