It is fix now – thanks to THULE Argentina, Juan Carlos Nisticio and Carla Barlado, who organized a fancy breakfast reception with a presentation of my trip, press conference and VIP-shake-hands in the Puerto Madero Yachtclub – quite a noble place!
The Mayor of Buenos Aires, the German Embassy in Argentina, the Prefectura Naval Argentina and some other VIP’s are invited, with lots of press and some “normal” kayakers…it will be an honorable party!
It will be Tuesday, 30th of August, 10 am. My actual launch may be around 2 pm then – see how far I’ll get that day, but I’ll be sent off in style!!!
Talking about traveling “in style” – my title sponsor THULE outfitted me as well with a bunch of great THULE travel luggage, and a range of THULE branded outdoor- and sports clothing – thanks very much!
