I’m starting to get things organized for a 3-weeks American West Coast speaking tour. It will be from Feb 6th to Feb 28th, from Vancouver all down to San Diego!
I’ll start with a talk in San Diego on Saturday, Feb 6th, organized by Jen Kleck, Aqua Adventures. Thanks, Jen! Details will be following.
I’ll finish as a guest speaker at the Golden Gate Kayak Symposium in San Francisco, 26th to 28th, organized by Sean Morley. Thanks, Sean!
In between, we’re working on organizing talks in Seattle (Sea Kayaker Magazine), Vancouver, Portland and at Kokatat’s hometown Arcata. Please stay tuned about details!

thats great you are coming to the bay area GGSKS just wanted to know if you would be here on the 24th and also speak at the Bask genaral meeting
Im from the Alberta Freya (lakes and rivers) but i get together in Victoria with bigbear to do yearly trips off the coast, great paddling community,i thank bigbear for bring your story to the table,for us to follow.

Freya, Victoria has a huge paddling community. We all followed you on your epic adventure around Australia and now would like to meet you in person.

Vancouver in February will be crazy busy with the winter Olympics! Victoria is a much better Idea 🙂

Any chance you will make it to Victoria on Vancouver Island as part of your speaking tour? Their is a very large paddling community on the island.
