Atilio Mosca, my host in Ushuaia, on his 12 m yacht "KSAR"

Pos: here
Loc: Ushuaia
Acc: Atiliio and Eva’s house
Dist: 0 km

The whole morning was spent with editing and uploading pictures, writing captions and inserting them into the blog entries…quite some work, as I was a bit behind since Rio Grande, with only crabby internet in Puerto Williams. All up and done now!

Atilio sanded the new patches, and we even did some “cosmetic painting” in white and black. But we had no grey color…when Atiliio was cleaning the white and black paintbrushes in one pot with thinner solution, we suddenly had grey as well 🙂

Some shopping for last repair items, some tricks to maintain a perfect tightened rudder fin spring, and the day was already over. Tomorrow will be food shopping, a visit to the Prefectura for my exit stamp, and looking at the maps for the next leg.

So, business as usual, no time for strolling around town by myself as I was hoping to have…the good weather on Saturday will be my first paddling day again. Yesterday and today it was strongest west wind again, no pleasure to paddle west in such conditions…glad it looks like a nice next week!
