No internet again this afternoon and night. Nothing unusual in Brazil’s small cities. Tomorrow I’ll keep on going! Not that I have to suffer here, not at all. Sonia is a great cook and a great friend nicely to chat to with good English. She and her husband Jaimie took me this afternoon around the area to see the highlights.We have been enjoying a great view over the bay, drove on the beach to a small river outflow, visited the lagoon and the lagoon outflow at Lagunas where I stupidly had to fight so hard to pass by. Nice to see the area from a relaxed tourist perspective!
Not much more to tell, I was writing a lot on my laptop.

Hmm is anyone else having problems with the pictures on this blog loading? I’m trying to determine if its a problem on my end or if it’s the blog. Any feed-back would be greatly appreciated.
Today, I went to the beach with my kids. I found a sea shell and gave it to my 4 year old daughter and said “You can hear the ocean if you put this to your ear.” She placed the shell to her ear and screamed. There was a hermit crab inside and it pinched her ear. She never wants to go back! LoL I know this is entirely off topic but I had to tell someone!

It always looks and feels a lot different looking at the area’s you’ve paddled from the other side,on land.Cool to see, but for me, never as impressive as from the water. Safe Paddling.
