Activities on the meeting shifted on Tuesday afternoon from Sao Paulo to the Atena Beach Hotel, but Brasil didn’t present itself from the nicest side…rainy, relatively chilly weather greeted us, and a fat dumping surf was crashing at the beach.
But spirits were great! I did a presentation about my trip around South America to all South American THULE importers, who will be happy to help me with logistics and press promotion along the way in their country. Great networking! Thanks!
It was my third presence at an international THULE marketing meeting, and each time physical activities were included in the schedule. This time it was some trial runs on SUP’s, unfortunately only on the local shallow river instead of on the sea. But those dumpers on the beach would have crashed everyone and everything – well, besides Irish man Michael Foster who dared to throw himself later into the roaring sea. Braveness or madness? Well, if you’d know him, you could tell… 🙂
Business look during the meeting was not much different to on the pics above and below – black suits and ties are pretty much unknown with THULE – thanks goodness!
