Antonio Marisio is the right person, i know him for the last 15 years, hes an arquitect and went to school togheter with my son, hes an amateur Kayakist and Im sure he will look after you meanwhile you are in Talcahuano-Concepción Area, hes pick-up truck is prepared to transport kajacks and he has very good english level. He told me that depending on the location of your scheduled stops, he can forward you to other people on your journey up north.
